Level & Career System Changes

When Season 2 launches, your level resets to 1, but your old season levels carry over into your Career Level. This means your badge still progresses: level 100 becomes Silver, level 200 becomes Gold, and so on.

The XP required per level has been restructured. Levels 1 to 60 now cost 50k XP each, which is double Season 1's base. From level 61 onward, XP increases by 5k per level up to level 80 (150k XP), then increases by 10k until hitting a cap of 300k XP around level 95, where it stays flat.

While early weapon unlocks will take a bit longer than before, the overall badge is easier to complete and offers more total rewards than Season 1. You also get more perks and extra cores from the weapon passes this season.

New Season 2 Weapons

Squid Blades

Squid Blades is a fast-attacking melee weapon with high attack speed. Its abilities include a long-range dash that stuns and slows enemies, a cone-shaped Piercing Blades throw on a 4-second cooldown that charges your ultimate, a Stealth ability making you invisible for 5 seconds (15-second cooldown), and an ultimate spin that deals more damage and heals more the more enemies you hit.

Core recommendations: Critical Damage, Cooldown, and Dodge.

Singularity

Singularity throws a disc that returns to you and enables other abilities. Its first ability lets you teleport to the disc. The creator notes that in the old build this had no cooldown, but the current version appears to have one.

Core recommendations: Damage, Healing Received, and Dodge.

Wolf Stick

Wolf Stick is a melee weapon with a wolf companion. The creator tested whether the new skin changes the wolf's appearance but found it stays the same as the default wolf, which was noted as disappointing compared to the Pharaoh Wolf Stick variant where the wolf does change.

Core recommendations: Damage, Healing Received, and Max Health.

Which Weapons to Unlock First

The creator's personal unlock priority is Squid Blades first, citing it as their favorite weapon from the new batch. The high attack speed, stealth, and self-healing ultimate make it strong for both crowd control and survivability.

Singularity is the second recommendation, offering unique teleportation mechanics that can be powerful in the right hands.

Wolf Stick rounds out the trio. While the skin didn't change the wolf as hoped, the weapon itself is still solid with good damage and healing synergy.

Pro tip: The creator plans to stream on Season 2 release day to show how to progress fast. Last season they reached rank 1 in XP up to level 67 and were 7 to 9 levels ahead of rank 2 in weapon passes.

Rewards & Skin Overview

Each weapon pass includes merch credits, banners, perks, sprays (including new moving sprays), emotes/dances, titles, and cores. The creator confirmed that using all perks across the three weapon passes yielded multiple weapons and cores, though the exact total depended on RNG.

The paid pass for each weapon includes legendary skins, outfits, hats, and rides. The creator showcased the Squid Blades legendary skin with a squid-themed bike and tentacle-heavy aesthetic, the Singularity desert/Dune-themed outfit, and the Wolf Stick devil/angel-themed skin line.

A new gacha system was also introduced, offering 13 items for 25 gold each, including a ride. The creator noted the gacha ride is similar to the paid pass ride but with different color variants.

Elite Merch Tokens increased from 33 in Season 1 to 40 in Season 2, giving players more premium currency from the final stretch rewards.
