After some extensive testing, i found this build with warrior's, precision, and pulse to have the best dps overall. I did take ring levels into consideration.

Even when slightly underleved, warrior outperforms echo. The hardest thing to decide was wether echo or pulse was better. From testing, i found that pulse outperfomed echo by a relatively small margin (i made sure there was no other random chance rings that could skew the result.) If you're brute forcing a dojo 50 times till you beat it, echo is probably better. Otherwise, pulse is better

But how? How is +80% damage better than +200%? Crit is objectively better for gadgets and main attack, yes. But what seperates those from passive crit is that there's only a 36% chance of either laser or beam procing (math). When you hit a drog with your weapon or your gadget, there is a 100% chance of the drog taking damage. But when you hit a drog with your main attack, there's only a 36% chance of either laser or beam procing. Which means the chance of echo procing isn't 30%, it's 10%—this number is even worse with a lower-level echo.

Everything else should be self-explanatory.

Relevant ring levels:
Warrior's: 50
Precision: 53
Pulse: 52
Echo: 52

The actual chance for echo is 14% not 10%, oops

I have to disagree, best bow build is precision , echo and pulse. Cuz of highest aspd from bow, it will proc 2k crit unstable beam too much, while warrior will procs 600 or less

that caculation makes no sense, theres no reaspn to say the chance to echo proc is 14% and say pulse is better cuz of that, because both just work when the passive proc, the correct way to calculate bonus damage% vs crit chance% is doing a average of both of them: if your pulse is on 25% bonus damage, for each 10 hits, it would be 250% total bonus damage that means in a scenario where echo and pulse are 10% and 25%, echo will have a better average damage, and ye, if you're unlucky it can be lower than pulse, but in a long fight it can also proc more than one time in those 10 hits, so, in the end, echo will be better now, you said for your ring levels your echo is 32% crit chance and your pulse is 80% bonus damage, so the calculation goes for: 100 ÷ 32 = ~3 (you divide 100 by the crit chance to see how much hits you need in average to get a crit hit) 3 × 80 = 240 (then you multiply the average number of hits for the bonus damage to see how much damage you are getting in total with that number of hits) echo: 300% for each 3 hits pulse: 240% for each 3 hit it ends being preference tbh, cuz the difference isnt THAT big, but echo for sure is better, at least in your level, cant say it still will be better at higher levels
